Format of the GSFLAI text file:
The name of the GSFLAI text file in this web service is gsflad.musf. The lines in the text file have the following format (given in the FORTRAN syntax):
“%s %12.6f %13.5e %13.5e l1 l1 %5d %5d %4d %3d %5d %2d %2d %2d %13.5e %13.5e %13.5e %13.5e %13.5e %13.5e\n"
Where the fields contain the following parameters:
- “MUSF00” which is a string giving the name of the format in MONITOR context
- Mean Julian Day
- Daylight correlation Solar Flare coefficient (TECUs)
- Std. Dev. Of the Daylight correlation Solar Flare coefficient (TECUs)
- Logical flag indicating Potential Solar Flare Warning (F=False, T=True)
- Logical flag indicating positive Vertical TEC drift rate (F=False, T=True)
- Number of selected observations falling in daylight hemisphere
- Number of selected observations falling in night hemisphere
- Year
- Day of Year
- GPS time of the day, in seconds
- GPS Time: Hour (00 to 24)
- GPS Time: Minute (00 to 60)
- GPS Time: Second (00 to 60)
- Slope for night ionosphere of the fitting detrended VTEC vs. cosinus solar-pierce point angle / TECU
- Std. Dev. estimate for previous field #15
- Bias for daylight ionosphere (estimated simultaneously with the slope provided in the field #3
- Std. Dev. Bias for daylight ionosphere
- Bias for night ionosphere (estimated simultaneously with the slope provided in the field #15)
- Std. Dev. Bias for daylight ionosphere
