The Joint EPSC-DPS 2025 Meeting will take place in the newly refurbished Finlandia Hall, Helsinki from 7-13 September 2025.
The refurbishment of the venue for the Europlanet Science Congress (EPSC) in 2024, Finlandia Hall in Helsinki, has been subject to delays and that the facility will not be available in time for scheduled meeting in September 2024. Therefore the Europlanet Society, with the agreement of the Helsinki EPSC LOC, has decided to postpone the Helsinki meeting for 2025. The year 2025 will be the joint meeting with DPS (The Division for Planetary Sciences, a division within the American Astronomical Society) and EPSC-DPS 2025 Meeting will take place in the newly refurbished Finlandia Hall, Helsinki from 7-12 September 2025.
The new facilities and venue for the EPSC 2024 will be provided by the Freie Universität Berlin and the confirmed dates are 8-13 of September 2024.
